Role Description
This is a full-time in office role for a Masonry Estimator at Apex Masonry Construction located in Lenexa, KS. The Masonry Estimator will be responsible for estimating costs, materials, and labor for commercial and residential masonry projects, coordinating with general contractors, owners, project managers and clients, and ensuring project timelines and budgets are met.
Qualifications
• Masonry Estimating experience highly preferred.
• Experience in commercial and residential projects
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to interpret blueprints and project specifications
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Proficiency in relevant software and tools
• Knowledge of building codes and regulations
• Previous experience as a mason (foreman or higher) or in construction estimating.
