We are a small business seeking new talent to strengthen our foundation as we expand our product lines and grow our business. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Manufacturing Systems Implementation Project Manager at Spartan Truck Manufacturing in Sun Valley, CA. The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing the implementation of our Fulcrum software manufacturing system. This includes optimization of system setup for our operations, generation of BOMs (Bills of Materials) and time studies, A-Z implementation resulting in fully operational manufacturing software with an accurate perpetual inventory, cycle counting process and product line gross margin reporting. This position reports to the company Controller, in coordination with OPS Management. Development of the project plan and daily progress reports will be required to ensure successful project delivery. You will interface daily with a primarily Spanish speaking production team, as well as all levels of our operations and accounting teams. We are looking for a dynamic, insightful and tenacious leader to successfully guide Spartan through this extremely vital next step for our company Qualifications Bilingual Spanish Demonstrated, solid experience in Manufacturing Systems Implementation Distinct understanding of manufacturing processes and systems Knowledge of how manufacturing processes flow to manufacturing cost Established Project Managment skills Proactive, collaborative leadership style Adept in successfully directing cross-functional teams in a common goal Proficiency in data management, Microsoft Excel Fulcrum Software Experience major plus Outstanding sense of humor preferred Education Bachelor's degree in engineering preferred, Business Administration or related field considered Benefits Excellent Health Insurance benefits (Medical, Dental, Vision) at an affordable rate for employees and their families Company paid life insurance, $50k ADP 401k with company match up to 4% Potential to earn bonus Apply to learn more
