Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Director of Global Insights and Analytics to join our team at Jobleads-Us. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing integrated insights and data-inspired recommendations to support business strategy and execution.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead a team of insights and analytics professionals accountable for market research, forecasting, analytics, and global reporting.
• Collaborate effectively across multiple stakeholder groups including sales, marketing, market access, customer experience, finance, and corporate strategy to define and implement a comprehensive integrated insights plan.
• Develop and deliver integrated insights and data-inspired recommendations to support business strategy and execution.
• Lead key global commercial processes, including long-range planning, Quarterly and Monthly Business Reviews, global analytics and reporting, global Commercial demand planning, regional market insights and forecasting for all ex-US regions, and pipeline opportunity analysis.
Requirements
• PhD degree with 12+ years of sales and/or marketing experience OR MA / MS degree with 14+ years of sales and/or marketing experience OR BS / BA degree with 16+ years of sales and/or marketing experience OR Associate degree with 18+ years of sales and/or marketing experience OR High School Diploma / GED with 20+ years of sales and/or marketing experience.
• Experience in oncology and/or rare diseases is highly preferred; knowledge of market research and metrics approaches in Europe, Asia, and LATAM highly preferred.
• Prior management consulting experience in life sciences highly preferred.
What We Offer
• A competitive salary range of $268,430.00 - $347,380.00.
