Job Responsibilities:
• Supervise daily CNC machine operations
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols
• Monitor production quality
• Train and mentor machine operators
• Coordinate maintenance and repairs
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechanical Technology, or any related field
• With 3 to 4 years of supervisory experience, preferably in manufacturing set-up
• With minimum of 5 years proven experience in operating, troubleshooting, and programming CNC machine, preferably handled FANUC machines
• Strong understanding of CNC machining processes, tools, and materials
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to communicate effectively with team members and management
• Familiarity with quality control standards and practices
• Technical degree or certification in CNC machining or a related field is a plus
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php25,000.00 - Php35,000.00 per month
Schedule:
• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
Supplemental Pay:
• 13th month salary
