Regional Manager - West TexasPathfinder is seeking a highly skilled, highly motivated Regional Manager to supervise the operational and administrative activities of our West Texas Branch. This position is based out of Odessa, Texas.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:• Oversight of field operations, scheduling, invoicing, and reporting.• Contributes toward the achievement of the Company’s strategic ...and operational objectives.• Maintains acceptable cost levels for operations, maintenance, repairs, and other expenses.• Examines financial data/statements and uses them to improve profitability.• Oversees hiring and training of employees as required to ensure proper coverage and cross training. Creates opportunities for team members to learn, grow and expand their skills and experience.• Coordinates with team leaders and sets goals and provides assistance to leaders keep performance on track to meet those goals.• Works closely with each team leader to solve problems and ensure customer satisfaction and work quality.• Ensures all operations are conducted in a safe manner.EXPERIENCE REQUIRED• Must have a valid Driver’s license.• Experience in an oil field related position is preferred but not necessary, with at least three (3) years prior managerial experience.• Must be comfortable in an environment with strong, high-energy personalities.• Ability to manage schedules with expedited time frames.• Ability to effectively delegate responsibilities.• Must have excellent communication, organizational and time management skills.• Familiarity with products and services the Company offers.• Must be able to communicate effectively with co-workers, customers, and management.• Comfortable with MS Office, including Word and Excel.PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES• Team Player: Works well as a member of a group• Loyal: Shows firm and constant support to a cause• Leader: Inspires teammates to follow them.
