Position: Housing Choice Voucher Specialist
Housing Partners of Western Nebraska is seeking a bright, motivated individual with a positive attitude to join our Housing team. We are evolving, and there is plenty of room for growth for the right person.
What We’re Looking For:

• Some travel will be required
Qualifications:
• High school diploma required (Associate’s degree or higher preferred)
• 2-4 years of office work experience
• Proficient math and computer skills
• Bilingualism is a plus

Responsibilities
• Administer and manage the Housing Choice Voucher program, ensuring compliance with Section 8 regulations.
• Conduct assessments and interviews to determine eligibility and provide support to clients.
• Utilize MRI software for case management and documentation.
• Maintain accurate records and reports while ensuring confidentiality and adherence to regulations.

• Criminal background check and drug test required
