Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic HVAC Install Technician in Training to join our team. This entry-level position is perfect for someone eager to learn the trade and grow within the industry. You will work alongside experienced team members, gaining hands-on training and knowledge in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
• Assist Install technicians in daily tasks, including installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems.
• Maintain tools and equipment, ensuring a clean and organized work environment.
• Participate in training sessions and workshops to develop HVAC skills and knowledge.
• Follow safety protocols and adhere to company policies.
• Attendance is crucial - Be on time each day and able to work a full 40 hours per week.
Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong willingness to learn and a positive Can Do attitude.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a physically demanding environment.
• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license and clean driving record is a must.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening.
