Description
JOB DESCRIPTION
1. Coordinate shipments and deliveries to ensure timely and accurate transportation of goods.
2. Prepare and manage shipping documents such as invoices, packing lists, and customs forms.
3. Verify incoming and outgoing shipments for accuracy and inspect for damages.
4. Communicate with transport providers, suppliers, and customers regarding logistics.
5. Ensure compliance with customs regulations and company policies.
JOB REQUIREMENT
1. Able to communicate effectively and maintain rapport with managers and colleagues
2. At least 1 year of relevant work experience
3. Attention to detail and good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
4. Minimum SPM or equivalent.
5. Possess a valid motorcycle license (Class B2 in Malaysia) and a clean driving record.
6. Must have own transportation with valid motorcycle license, road tax & insurance.
7. The position will be on a 1 year contract basis.
