Department Overview
The Work Plan Delivery team is responsible for ensuring efficient end-to-end execution of Functional Area programs supported by Land Management, Environmental Management and Programs and Enterprise Public Works. The team manages the systems, processes and analytics used to effectively schedule, prioritize, and execute Land, Environmental & Permitting Services (LEAPS) owned preconstruction activities.
Position Summary
Oversees the intake and scheduling team for Work Readiness within the Systems Planning and Intelligence organization of LEAPs. Partners with internal departments to develop the Strategy ensuring the intake and scheduling team plans align with our line of business partners workplans. Monitors execution of the work plan. Collaborates with the planning and readiness as well as data analysis teams within SPI.
Job Responsibilities
• Leads intake and scheduling team to develop a prioritized and optimized action plan for work plans for all of LEAPs
• Oversees planning analysts
• Oversees the evaluation and execution of intake.
• Monitors work progression for intake
• Develops analysis and recommendations to optimize work plan execution
Qualifications
Minimum
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, economics, business administration or comparable quantitative field or equivalent related work experience
• 5 years of relevant operations experience with steady progression of responsibilities.
