Event Sales Manager will be responsible for booking, planning, and over-seeing private events that are held at the Museum of Boulder. Duties include but are not limited to responding to inquiries in a timely manner, making best effort for booking events that are a good fit for the Museum, keeping track of the comp set pricing, conducting site tours, responding to inquiries, drafting contracts, tracking deposits and final payments, communicating with outside vendors regarding necessary logistics for each event, planning all event details, and overseeing client events. Must be able to lift 40-50 pounds. Set-up tables and chairs. Stand for long periods of time.
