We are committed to excellence and continuous improvement, and we are looking for a dedicated Project Manager to join our dynamic team. This position reports to the Director of Operations.
What you will be doing:
As a Project Manager at ROCKWOOL, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and driving key projects within our manufacturing operations. You will be responsible for managing project timelines, budgets, and resources, ensuring that all projects are executed efficiently and effectively. Your expertise will help us maintain our high standards of quality and innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage large and small capital projects within our manufacturing sites
• Problem-solve using A3 techniques
• Develop business cases with thorough cost and benefits analysis
• Identify project risks and ensure project quality and performance
• Oversee procurement, vendor, and subcontractor management
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Lead project close-out activities
What you bring:
• Bachelor's degree in engineering
• PMP certification or equivalent
• 2+ years of project management experience in manufacturing
• Strong experience with automated systems/conveyors
• Understanding of Lean Manufacturing principles.
• MS Office expertise
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
