Technical Service Parts Sales and Customer Support
• Electrical knowledge, mechanical knowledge and fluid power knowledge are required
• Three years of managing projects and supporting customers is also required
• Pay is up to $50,000

This full-time, permanent Technical Service Parts Sales and Customer Support career opportunity is at a financially stable, employee-owned company that created their dynamic industry. This position involves a high volume of verbal and written communication from customers. The duties and responsibilities of the successful candidate will include the following:
• Providing telephone support to maximize the satisfaction of customers
• Aiding customers ordering parts and authorizing returns
• Working with a variety of internal departments to create quotes for parts
• Putting orders and returns through the system

The background of the successful candidate must include the following to be considered for this position:
• Three years of supporting customers
• Three years of managing projects
• Electrical, mechanical and fluid power knowledge
• A mechanical mindset
• Exceptional communication skills
• A solid work history
• A US citizen or possess a green card
• A residence within 45 minutes
