About the Role:
As a Sourcing Project Engineer in our Consumer Support Services industry, you will play a critical role in ensuring the success of our sourcing projects. You will be responsible for managing the entire sourcing process, from identifying potential suppliers to negotiating contracts and ensuring timely delivery of goods. Your ultimate goal will be to secure the best possible prices and terms for our company, while maintaining high standards of quality and reliability.
Minimum Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related field
• Chinese (Mandarin) Fluency Required
• Experience in sourcing, procurement, or supply chain management
• Strong negotiation and contract management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Preferred Qualifications:
• Master's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related field
• Experience in the Consumer Support Services industry
• Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma methodologies
• Proficiency in a second language
Responsibilities:
• Identify potential suppliers and evaluate their capabilities and suitability for our needs
• Negotiate contracts and terms with suppliers, ensuring the best possible prices and conditions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of goods and resolve any issues that may arise
• Maintain accurate records of all sourcing activities and provide regular reports to management
• Continuously monitor market trends and supplier performance to identify opportunities for improvement
Skills:
In this role, you will utilize your strong negotiation and communication skills to build relationships with suppliers and ensure the best possible prices and terms for our company. Your ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work independently will be critical to your success. Additionally, your knowledge of Lean Six Sigma methodologies and experience in the Consumer Support Services industry will enable you to identify opportunities for improvement and drive continuous process improvement. Overall, your skills will be instrumental in ensuring the success of our sourcing projects and contributing to the growth of our company.
