Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Houseman at Sheraton Springfield Monarch Place Hotel. The Houseman will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and organization in public areas, restocking supplies, assisting guests when needed, and supporting the housekeeping team in ensuring a pleasant stay for our guests.
Qualifications
• Knowledge of cleaning procedures and techniques
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects
• Excellent organization skills
• Customer service orientation
• Team player with strong communication skills
• Attention to detail and thoroughness in tasks
• Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent
