LMNA (Licensed Medication Nursing Assistant)

Requirements
• MNA Education Program Completion Certificate
• NH LNA License
Qualifications
• Minimum 6 months to 1 years’ experience preferred.
• AHA CPR certification.
• Active license in the State of New Hampshire
• Recent physical and proof of TB testing according to facility requirements
