Responsibilities (other duties may be assigned as needed):• Assist accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, including processing invoices, issuing payments, and reconciling accounts.• Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and clients regarding billing and payments.• Handle general office administrative tasks such as answering phones, scheduling appointments, ordering supplies and other... tasks that may be assigned.• Maintain accurate and organized filing systems both electronically and physically.Support the office manager and team members as needed.Requirements:• Basic experience in accounts payable, accounts receivable, or a similar financial/administrative role.• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping.• Excellent organizational and time management skills.• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.• Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively in a fast-paced environment.Preferred Qualifications:• Associate's degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.• Knowledge of basic financial principles and practices.• Prior experience in an office administration role.Email resume/application to erinv@dykeslumber.com
