Position Overview:
As a Technical Manager at Weteams, you will lead a team of developers, oversee the technical architecture, and ensure high-quality code delivery. You will also be hands-on, contributing to development while mentoring your team on best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Technical Leadership
Lead and mentor a team of developers working on MERN stack projects.
Design scalable and robust technical architectures to meet business needs.
Stay updated on the latest industry tools, technologies, and coding practices.
2. Hands-on Development
Write, review, and optimize high-quality code.
Work on both frontend and backend development to ensure seamless project execution.
Collaborate with the team to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
3. Project Oversight
Manage project timelines and deliverables, ensuring milestones are met.
Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Ensure projects adhere to security, performance, and scalability standards.
4. Innovation & Optimization
Research and integrate new tools, libraries, and frameworks to improve development processes.
Drive innovation within the team, encouraging experimentation and creativity.
Optimize database architectures and coding structures for efficiency and maintainability.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
Experience: 7+ years of hands-on experience in Full Stack development, particularly MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React, Node.js).
Technical Expertise:
Strong coding skills with proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, and modern development frameworks.
Solid understanding of database architecture and management (both SQL and NoSQL).
Familiarity with DevOps tools and cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
Expertise in coding structures, design patterns, and scalable architecture design.
Leadership Skills: Proven experience in leading teams and managing technical projects.
Problem Solving: Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with a proactive mindset.
Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
