About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President IT - Cloud Transformation & Migration to lead the modernization of its technological capabilities. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining and executing the enterprise cloud strategy, with a focus on governance, cybersecurity, network, automation, cost management, and operating model. This role requires a leader who can pivot the IT delivery model to be more product and business outcome-focused, and who can influence the technology roadmap for infrastructure management. The VP will also be accountable for the incremental delivery of efficient, strategic technology solutions and for managing the department's budget to meet profit plans.
Applicants must have a minimum of 15 years' of relevant experience, with a strong background in migrating from legacy to modern technology stacks and proven expertise with large cloud service providers. Experience with cloud migration strategies, particularly from on-premises to public cloud, is essential. The role demands a leader with a digital mindset, capable of driving change and championing new ideas. The VP will be expected to collaborate with the leadership team on process excellence and digitization, and to ensure that the cloud transformation is aligned with the business's competitive marketplace. A Bachelor's degree is required, and a Master's degree is preferred, with a legal authorization to work in the US without company sponsorship.
