General Summary:
Responsible for annual budgeting, quarterly outlook update, monthly actual to target variance analysis.
Responsible for tracking Capital and OPEX budget.
Responsible for communicating with Corporate FP&A group and handling day-to-day requests and ad-hoc issues in a timely manner.
Responsible for purchase requisition review and approval including communication with relevant groups.
Responsible for reviewing and approving T&E expenses as financial analyst as per Company policy.
Responsible for overall finance-related compliance review including FCPA topic.
Building a close business partnership with regional sales/marketing/engineering functions by providing sound advice and support.
Supporting accounting group for periodic financial closing and reporting process.
Completing ad-hoc projects as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
3-5 years experience in general accounting and financial reporting.
Above 2 years FP&A experience at a multinational company preferred.
MBA or CPA (with Big 4 accounting firm experience) preferred.
Familiar with accounting and budgeting systems such as Oracle, SAP, and TM1.
Fluent in both written and oral English.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Can work independently and with high learning motivation.
Proficient with MS office applications (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree.
1+ year of Finance, Accounting, or related work experience.
*Completed advanced degree in a relevant field may be substituted for up to one year (Master’s = one year) of work experience.
