We are now hiring a PRN Physical Therapist to work in the Home Care setting in the Lakewood, OH area. The ideal candidate has some prior experience with the geriatric population. All caseload is billed under Medicare Part-B.

Job Requirements:
State licensure as a Physical Therapist
Able to work PRN.
Comfortable seeing patients in their homes
3 weekdays of availability are required and a minimum of 12.5 hours of availability for direct patient care per week.
