Position: Warehouse Worker – Heavy Lifting Shift: 3rd Shift
• Sunday: 9:00 PM - 7:30 AM
• Monday-Wednesday: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM
Location: Versailles, KY Pay Rate: $17/hour
Key Responsibilities:
Material Handling:
• Manually load, unload, and stack feed bags or other products weighing up to 50-80 lbs.
• Safely handle heavy items throughout the warehouse and production area.
Order Fulfillment:
• Accurately pick and prepare orders for shipping or customer pickup.
• Verify product quantities and labels to ensure accuracy.
Warehouse Operations:
• Operate forklifts or pallet jacks to move materials (if certified).
• Maintain organization and cleanliness of storage areas.
Shipping and Receiving:
• Assist in unloading trucks and verifying incoming shipments against packing lists.
• Properly document outgoing shipments and maintain accurate inventory records.
Safety and Compliance:
• Follow all safety protocols for lifting and equipment operation.
• Report hazards or equipment issues to supervisors promptly.
Team Collaboration:
• Work with team members to meet deadlines for order preparation and shipments.
• Assist colleagues in completing tasks requiring team lifting or additional support.
Requirements:
• Must be capable of heavy lifting up to 50 lbs consistently.
• Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and stand for extended periods.
• Ability to work overnight hours and adhere to the 3rd shift schedule.
• Prior warehouse or manufacturing experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities
• Proper Storage: Store feed bags, containers, and other products in designated areas, ensuring optimal organization for easy access and inventory management.
• Maintain Cleanliness: Keep the warehouse clean and orderly by regularly sweeping, removing debris, and ensuring that storage areas are free from hazards.
• Stock Monitoring: Regularly monitor inventory levels to ensure sufficient stock is available to meet demand.
• Accurate Picking: Select the correct types and quantities of feed products based on customer orders or internal requests, ensuring accuracy to prevent errors.
• Efficient Packing: Pack products securely for shipment, using appropriate materials to prevent damage during transit.
• Labeling: Ensure all packages are properly labeled with relevant information, including product details, quantities, and shipping addresses.
• Safe Lifting Practices: Adhere to safety protocols when lifting and moving heavy feed bags or containers, utilizing proper lifting techniques to prevent injury.
• Load and Unload Trucks: Assist in loading and unloading heavy feed products from delivery vehicles, ensuring items are handled safely and efficiently.
