Clive Behavioral Health
Clive Behavioral Health opened in February 2021 with 100 inpatient beds for adult, child & adolescent patients experiencing a severe behavioral health crisis. Care at this location focuses on crisis management, stabilization and development of a plan to return to community living with, if needed, supportive outpatient services and community services and resources.

Qualifications:
Milieu Manager
The Primary function of Milieu Manager is to ensure patient safety through staff education and staff culture development. The Milieu Manager assists CNO with planning and oversight of the Mental Health Technician (MHT) patient care role and overall goal of facilitating the provision of continuous and safe patient care, observation, interaction and role modeling to patient. Milieu Manager is responsible for primary training, preceptorship and mentorship of the MHTs and nurses hosting groups throughout the facility. Patients served include, children (ages 5-11); adolescents (ages 12-17), adults (ages 18 ). Milieu Manager will work with the DCS to develop and maintain group programming and implementation for all populations. Milieu Manager will be responsible for training and accountability of group compliance (Fidelity Program). This is a non-exempt status position.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s Degree required. Master’s Degree in a health related field strongly preferred. Managerial or teaching experience required.
Experience: Two (2) years of experience in behavioral health field required.
Required License/Certification: Appropriate behavioral health license (tLMHC, LMSW, tLMFT, LISW, LMHC, LMFT, LP, or equivalent) strongly preferred. Successful completion of Management Aggressive Behavior Training, Service Excellence Training and CPR certification required. Certifications may be obtained during new hire orientation. Current Mandatory Reporter for Adult/Child.
