Accounting Clerk

Overview of the Accounting Clerk role:
- Data entry, filing, 3-way matching of invoices
- Verify freight costs
- Apply cash to customer accounts and invoices
- Assist with daily invoicing duties
- Assist with weekly and monthly reporting
Preferred Qualifications for the Accounting Clerk:
- Associate's degree in accounting or 2 years of accounting experience
- 10-key data entry skills
- Detail-oriented and organized
- QuickBooks experience is a plus, basic skills in Excel
Location: This role is 100% onsite in Niles, MI
Salary: $39,450 - $49,450 depending on experience
