Responsibilities

• Manage monthly and yearly close processes and produce financial and supplemental reports

• Direct report performance reviews, hiring and training

• Maintain general ledger and records

• Perform monthly Balance Sheet reconciliations

• Work closely with the CFO of the organization

• Create annual budgets and perform variance analysis

• Ensure proper accounting methods and processes are enforced and appropriately followed

• Other duties and ad hoc requests as assigned

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting

• 5+ year's related experience

• Healthcare experience a plus

Salary and Benefits

• Salary range is $90,000 to $100,00

• Work In Office in Akron, Ohio
