Employee Relations Specialist
Location: Onsite in Columbus, OH
Employment Type: Full-Time, Exempt
Salary Range: $55,000 - $60,000

Key Responsibilities of the Employee Relations Specialist:

• Collect, organize, and analyze employee data, maintaining accurate employee files
• Provide employee counseling and support progressive discipline processes
• Clearly communicate policies, procedures, and regulatory information to staff
• Conduct exit interviews, analyze results, and present findings to leadership
• Facilitate training in communication and interpersonal skills
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations

Qualifications of the Employee Relations Specialist:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Management, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum of 2 years in HR, employment law, workforce development, or a related area
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Must hold a valid driver's license
