Controller
Location: Greenwood Village (On Site)
Salary: $110k - $120k
About the Company: Our client is a global company in the environmental sustainability industry and they are looking for a strong Divisional Controller to join their team!
About the Role: Seeking a Controller to take on the responsibility of the month-end close process. This new role will play a crucial role in managing the financial operations of the company, supervising a team, and contributing to the continued growth and success of the company and their services.
Controller Key Responsibilities:
- Own the month-end close process.
- Manage the annual audit.
- Oversee tax reporting.
- Manage cash flow, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
- Cost management including inventory and job costing
- Perform hands-on financial tasks and support the Accounting team.
Required Experience of the Controller:
- Must have 5+ years accounting experience, particularly with month-end close processes, construction accounting, and inventory management.
- Proven track record working in a high-growth work environment.
- Strong Excel skills including Vlookups and pivot tables.
- CPA certification is a plus.
- Strong cultural fit: driven, proactive, adaptable, and entrepreneurial-minded.
