Human Resources Lead

Our client, a well-established service company near Wasco, CA, is seeking a Human Resources Lead to head their human resources department and support the company's continued growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all human resources functions, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
• Manage employee benefits, compensation, and payroll processes.
• Develop and implement HR strategies that align with business goals.
• Handle employee grievances and disciplinary procedures.
• Foster a positive, inclusive, and productive workplace culture.
• Drive initiatives related to employee engagement, retention, and training.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of human resources experience.
• Strong knowledge of California labor laws and HR best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
