Location: Del Rio, TX
Pay: Starting at $10/hour
Job Type: Full-time
Schedule: 8-hour shifts, 40 hours per week
About Us: Benmar Electric, LLC, is seeking motivated Electrician Helpers for an exciting project near Del Rio. Join us and contribute to our mission of delivering exceptional electrical solutions while developing your skills.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in planning and layout of electrical systems based on project specifications.
• Help gather and prepare necessary materials.
• Set up and maintain tools and equipment.
• Assist in installing conduits, wires, and electrical devices.
• Learn proper grounding and labeling techniques for electrical systems.
• Participate in preliminary testing and verification.
• Assist in trenching and conduit laying operations.
• Help with pipe laying, wire pulling, and pole erection tasks.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Learn and follow all safety guidelines and procedures.
Qualifications:
• U.S. citizenship required.
• Basic electrical experience preferred.
• Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Experience in trenching and conduit laying is a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in challenging conditions.
• Valid driver's license.
• Strong work ethic and ability to work effectively in a team.
• Willingness to learn and grow in the electrical field.
