About the Role: We are seeking a Senior Surveyor to join our team undertaking property management for one of our major Glasgow clients, Scottish Enterprise. This will initially be focused at one of their principal sites in East Kilbride but will also include the opportunity to provide strategic support and input across the rest of SE’s extensive portfolio as part of our existing team. This will include input on other key assets across the SE portfolio of land and buildings as well as strategic portfolio wide initiatives under our recently renewed management mandate. For the right candidate there will be the opportunity to develop our long standing relationship with this important client and influence the direction of this relationship into the future.

Job Description
• Property Management: Manage the East Kilbride site and other properties in line with client expectations, ensuring that all RICS regulatory and Colliers Best Practice standards are met.
• Professional Work: Deliver professional services, meeting all reporting requirements and maintaining compliance with regulatory and internal standards.
• Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication and efficient management.
• Financial Contribution: Help achieve fee income targets through proactive management and identification of new income opportunities.
• Business Development: Support cross-selling initiatives and contribute ideas for new business opportunities.
• Team Oversight: Oversee site-based staff, including Facilities Managers and Receptionists, to ensure operational effectiveness.

Qualifications

and Experience:
• Proven experience in property management, ideally within a surveyor or senior surveyor capacity.
• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and manage client relationships.
• Excellent organizational skills and proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Relevant professional qualification (e.g., MRICS) is preferred.
• Solid knowledge of the Scottish property market.
