Role Description
Vineyard 61 Church in London is seeking a passionate Children's Ministry Overseer to lead and support our dynamic children’s ministry across all sites. This part-time, on-site role involves recruiting and empowering leaders, managing volunteers, developing engaging curriculums, and coordinating ministry events to create a nurturing, faith-filled environment for children. Working Hours
17.5hrs per week (2.5 days). The core days will be Sunday morning, Monday and either Tuesday or Thursday. However, we would be willing to consider other flexible working options to accommodate the right candidate.
Qualifications
• Experience in planning and organising children’s activities
• Administrative Skills
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Knowledge of child development and age-appropriate learning activities
• Ability to work effectively in a team setting
• Volunteer management and training skills
• Safeguarding Knowledge
• A background in education or child development is a plus
• Passion for working with children and fostering their spiritual growth
