Vacancy Hours: 16.3 per week
Contract Type: Temporary, Term Time Only
Location: Knaresborough St John's Church of England Primary School
We are seeking to employ a General Teaching Assistant with some SEN experience on a part time basis.
The role will involve working with individual and small groups of pupils under the direction of the class teacher. The successful candidate will demonstrate a flexible can-do approach with the aim of helping pupils to continue to make progress to be the best that they can be. The ability to develop a brilliant rapport with children and nurture their self-esteem is essential; the successful candidate should have excellent communication skills and a calm and understanding manner.
