Using our needs analysis process, you will help individuals, families and business owners identify a variety of financial challenges. With our comprehensive and top-notch line of financial and insurance products, Life Insurance Advisors will be able to help clients reach their financial goals.

As one of our Life Insurance Advisors, Univista Insurance will provide all the tools, leads and guidance to successfully build a career in the insurance business. Our individualized training program consists of in-house training (products and strategies) as well as field training. You will learn how to uncover needs by following a process designed to understand the client’s goals and make the right recommendation.

Skills and Experience Essential to Your Success

We are looking for candidates who are:

• Driven and self-starters.
• Exceptional at managing their time and know how to prioritize.
• Able to connect with people and build trusted relationships.
• Passionate about helping others meet their financial goals.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have

• Previous sales experience (at least 2 years).
• Life Health and Annuities License 2-15 or 2-14.
• Strong natural market.
