We are seeking an experienced Boston Manager to oversee our operations and drive business development in Boston. This role is critical for enhancing our local market presence and spearheading growth in a city known for its rich history and innovative spirit. As Boston Manager, you will lead our local team and align our strategic goals with the unique needs and opportunities of the Boston area.

What You Will Do

• Lead and expand our Boston operations, establishing Inspekt AI as a leader in AI-powered building inspections within the region
• Develop and implement strategies to penetrate and expand our market share in the local building inspection market
• Build and maintain strong relationships with a diverse clientele, including real estate developers, building owners, and public sector officials
• Collaborate with our international team to tailor services to the unique challenges and opportunities of the Boston market
• Manage and mentor a local team, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and high performance

What We Are Looking For

• Proven experience in business development, ideally within the tech or real estate sectors
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and drive a team towards achieving business goals
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of building and sustaining long-term relationships with key stakeholders
• A motivated self-starter who is entrepreneurial and adept at navigating the complexities of managing a local branch of an international business
• Fluent in English with superb written and verbal communication skills
• Knowledge of local industry regulations and standards is a plus
