Job Title: House Manager – Luxury Vacation Property, Jackson Hole
Location: Jackson Hole, WY
About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated House Manager to oversee the daily operations of our luxury vacation rental properties in Jackson Hole. This position requires a hands-on, detail-oriented individual who can ensure that the home is impeccably maintained, stocked, and ready for guests, creating an exceptional experience that reflects our properties high standards. The ideal candidate brings a background in luxury hospitality or property management, with a focus on customer service, housekeeping coordination, and local expertise.
Responsibilities:
• Oversee all aspects of property management, including housekeeping, maintenance, landscaping, and vendor coordination to ensure the property is always in pristine condition.
• Prepare the properties before guest arrivals, ensuring they are fully stocked, welcoming, and set up to the highest standards of luxury and comfort.
• Coordinate with housekeeping staff and external service providers to maintain the highest cleanliness and presentation standards.
• Manage inventory for all household supplies, ensuring items are restocked and available as needed.
• Conduct regular inspections of the property to identify and address any maintenance issues, coordinating repairs as necessary.
• Oversee and manage relationships with local vendors, such as cleaning services, landscapers, and repair professionals.
• Assist with the financial management of the properties, including tracking expenses, preparing budgets, and maintaining records of payments.
• Respond quickly and efficiently to any guest or property-related issues, ensuring a seamless, stress-free experience.
• Work closely with our Guest Experience Manager to ensure guest requests are met promptly.
Qualifications:
• 3+ years of experience in luxury hospitality or property management, preferably within the vacation rental industry.
• Strong knowledge of high-end housekeeping and maintenance standards.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills; ability to remain calm and professional in all situations.
• Proficiency in managing budgets and expenses with a sound understanding of property upkeep costs.
• Familiarity with Jackson Hole and the surrounding area, including local vendors and attractions.
• Ability to work independently and proactively, with a commitment to excellence in guest satisfaction.
