A community hospital is excited to welcome a general urologist to their well-regarded team in upstate New York. A great opportunity to join a growing practice that has great team cohesiveness and dedication to its patient base. You can expect to have the ability for immediate volume, if you wish, or to ramp up as you go. They are eager to continue building a team of easy-going and hard-working urologists for this wonderful community.

Position Highlights:

1. General urology position with subspecialty interests welcome
2. Will cover 4 clinics/ASCs depending on staffing
3. 2 da Vinci Xi robots, but no need for robotic experience if not within scope of practice
4. Call is currently 1:5 and is from the primary hospital
5. Competitive compensation, sign-on bonus, and productivity bonus
6. Offer a variety of cases, flexibility, leadership opportunities within the organization and current Urologist have lots of institutional knowledge to provide mentorship
7. Great administrative staff support. Phenomenal working relationship and support from the General Surgery and Interventional Radiology teams
8. Experienced PA who works during the week and covers all consults and discharges for the group
