Our client, a leading bank, is currently seeking an Infrastructure Manager to join their Information Technology Department. Job Responsibilities:
• Lead and oversee all aspects of enterprise-scale network, cloud, and data center operations to ensure optimal performance, reliability, and scalability.
• Manage a team of IT professionals across multiple sites, offering guidance, mentorship, and support to achieve operational excellence.
• Develop and implement robust incident management processes for swift resolution of IT issues and outages, minimizing business impact.
• Ensure IT security and compliance standards are maintained across all operations, implementing proactive measures to safeguard company data and systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement and innovation in IT operations by identifying and implementing best practices and emerging technologies.
• Provide strategic direction and guidance on IT infrastructure projects and initiatives, aligning them with business objectives and long-term goals.
• Monitor and analyze operational metrics to drive performance improvements and operational efficiency.
• Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development within the IT operations team.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• At least 8 years of experience in delivering large-scale network, cloud, and data center operations services.
• Strong background in multi-site operations management and incident management.
• Proficient in IT security and compliance standards and best practices.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills in English and Chinese with a proven ability to manage, motivate, and mentor teams.
• Strong knowledge of ITIL Process and other IT service management frameworks.
• Track record of driving operational efficiency, performance improvements, and achieving measurable results.
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
• Advanced certifications in IT security and compliance (e.g., CISSP, CISM CCNA, CCNP)
• Familiarity with IT infrastructure automation and orchestration tools.
• Previous experience in the financial services industry.
• Strong project management skills with experience in leading large-scale IT projects.
