Weber Gallagher has an immediate opening for an experienced NJ medical malpractice defense litigation paralegal for our Bedminster, NJ office. Qualified candidate must possess at least three years’ experience and must be familiar with daily time entry billing requirements, strong communication skills and ability to work independently. Must have experience with New Jersey law. Willing to work on cases from start to finish and meet all court deadlines. Experience with trial preparation preferred. Ability to work with other attorneys, paralegals, clients and experts with a team approach. Ability to perform research through Lexis is a plus. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite required. A Certificate in Paralegal Studies from an ABA approved organization or a bachelor’s degree is also required.
