Job Description:
We are looking for a Director of Pharmacy Operations to oversee our small yet dynamic infusion pharmacy site. This role involves managing a team of 8 employees and ensuring smooth, efficient operations in our Monday through Friday facility.
Responsibilities:
• Lead and oversee the daily operations of the pharmacy, with a focus on IVIg dispensing and mixing..
• Monitor workflow processes to optimize efficiency and quality of service.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to deliver superior patient care.
Qualifications:
• Experience: At least 1-2 years of home infusion experience and prior management experience.
• Licenses: Active pharmacy licenses in both Pennsylvania and West Virginia (dual licensure required).
