As a Per Diem Pharmacist, you will play a crucial role in processing prescriptions and interacting with patients to enhance their medication experience. This temporary role allows you to work flexibly on an intermittent basis, providing you with the opportunity to impact lives positively.
Hours of pharmacy: Monday-Friday, 8:30 am - 5:00 PM. We are looking for candidates with some availability during these hours.
Location: Terre Haute, IN
Key Responsibilities:
• Dispense medications as prescribed by healthcare providers.
• Offer knowledgeable information to customers about their medications and effective usage.
• Deliver exceptional customer service with a focus on patient care.
• Maintain accurate records and log data into the computer system.
• Comply with all regulations set forth by the State Board of Pharmacy.
• Administer immunizations as permitted by state law.
• Perform any additional pharmacy responsibilities as required.

Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD).
• Active pharmacist license in the state of Indiana.
• Certification as an immunizer or willingness to obtain within three months of hire.
