Duties:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Provide general administrative support, such as filing, faxing, and scanning documents
- Perform clerical tasks, such as data entry, order entry, and proofreading documents
-Renting and collecting storage unit rents
-Ability to work and learn software programs specific to the business
-Run various errands for business and owner (reliable transportation required)
• Other various duties as needed
• Must work some Holidays
• Schedule flexibility required
• May require 40 hours per week at times

Skills:
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks
- Proficiency in using office equipment, such as printers, scanners, and fax machines
- Proficient in using computer software programs, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and QuickBooks
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Professionalism and ability to maintain confidentiality
- Ability to process accounts receivable and payable

Pay: $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 30 per week
