What You'll Do
As a National Microsoft Mid-Market Sales Leader at Sogeti you will have the opportunity to:
Expand Sogeti's portfolio of solutions and professional services into mid-market clients across the United States. Strategize, plan, and execute business development in direct partnership with Microsoft. Engage with Sogeti's Technology leaders and solutions experts to deliver a modern portfolio of cutting-edge Microsoft solutions to mid-market clients. This is a "hunter" role and qualified candidates must provide examples of their ability to generate organic revenue growth via prospecting tools and techniques. Originate and qualify leads via cold-calling, networking, social media, events and/or other sources and develop relationships with C level executives within territory Mid-Market clients. Maintain and grow client relationships. Induce solutions and ideas to help clients improve their business performance while innovating their market interactions. Work in an entrepreneurial environment with a high level of senior management access and support. Minimum education qualification A bachelor's degree in any discipline. MBA or equivalent degree preferred.

The ideal candidate will have:
• 7+ years' experience in business development roles selling IT solutions and services Experience in Microsoft co-selling activities to originate, qualify, and convert leads Experience with the consultative sales approach in analyzing challenges of potential clients and conveying ROI and TCO concepts to CXO level management Good understanding of targeted industry business environments, issues and the trends affecting technology spend Excellent oral and written communication skills and outstanding presentation skills Experience with Sales pipeline reporting, forecasting and related CRM tools Ability to work in a global organizational and service delivery environment Demonstrated commitment to stay abreast of industry trends and technical advancements within the industry sectors and enterprise markets Ability to work in a fast paced, competitive sales culture High level of personal and professional integrity
