WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR IN A PARAMEDIC - FULL TIME
To excel in this thrilling role as a Full Time Paramedic at Guttenberg Municipal Hospital, certain skills and certifications are essential. An EMT Certification, or Paramedic/Paramedic Specialist Certification is a must, demonstrating your expertise and competency in delivering emergency medical care. Additionally, holding a current State of Iowa Paramedic Certification is preferred.
In order to provide the highest level of care, you will need to possess certifications in Basic Life Support, Additional Certifications of Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support, Neonatal Resuscitation, and Pediatric Advanced Life Support is preferred. These certifications indicate your dedication to staying at the forefront of medical advancements and your commitment to providing exceptional care to patients of all ages and conditions. • Basic Life Support Certification Required
• Paramedic or Paramedic Specialist Certification Preferred
• Current Sate of Iowa Paramedic Certification Preferred
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support Certification Preferred
• Neonatal Resuscitation Certification Preferred
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support Certification Preferred
• PHTLS Certification - PREFERRED
