Position offered: Appointment Booking Call Center Advisors - Tunis
We are looking for Appointment Booking Call Center Advisors.
Missions:
• Contact: Call potential or existing clients to propose appointments, whether for services, consultations or visits.
• Identification of needs: Listen carefully to customers to understand their needs and provide them with relevant information about the services offered.
• Schedule management: Organize and schedule appointments based on the availability of the clients and professionals concerned.
• Lead Follow-up: Follow up with prospects and customers who have not yet made an appointment to maximize the conversion rate.
• Provide information: Clearly explain the details of the services offered, including the benefits, possible costs, and the process to follow.
• Database Update: Enter and update customer information in the management system to ensure data accuracy.
• Problem Solving: Handle customer objections and answer customer questions in a professional and courteous manner.
• Achieving Goals: Working to meet appointment scheduling goals set by the company.
• Collaboration with the team: Work closely with other team members to ensure smooth communication and quality customer service.
• Activity Reporting: Write reports on appointment scheduling activities, including successes and areas for improvement.
