Description:
Cuero Regional Hospital is searching for a PRN Respiratory Therapist in our Cardiopulmonary Department.
• The Cardiopulmonary Department provides respiratory care 24 hours a day, seven days a week, in conformance with recognized respiratory care principles and Texas Medical Board licensure guidelines.
• Respiratory Therapists must be proficient in the performance of all respiratory tasks and will perform them as needed/ordered.
• They administer therapy to all patients; neonate, infants, children, adolescent, adults and geriatrics. Respiratory Therapists also provide diagnostic services in conformance with recognized respiratory care principles and according to the written order of the physician.
• They must possess knowledge of all respiratory therapeutics and the correlation to diagnostic assessment.
Qualifications:
• Associates Degree in Allied Health Science/Respiratory Care
• Licensed graduate with extensive clinical experience
• NBRC and Texas Medical Board Licensure.
• Current BLS
