We are hiring a reliable Janitorial Staff to maintain the cleanliness of our healthcare facility. The goal is to ensure that all areas are pristine and well-kept, contributing to a positive and hygienic environment for everyone.
Responsibilities:
• Clean all areas thoroughly, meeting cleanliness standards within time constraints.
• Offer excellent service and ensure a pleasant experience for all visitors and patients.
• Create and manage daily cleaning schedules, documenting serviced rooms.
• Keep cleaning equipment in good working order.
• Report any shortages, damage, or safety issues immediately.
• Address and resolve patient or guest complaints and requests when needed.
• Track consumables and reorder supplies when necessary.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
Skills:
• Attention to detail and efficiency in task completion.
• Experience in healthcare facility housekeeping.
• Ability to work independently with self-motivation.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
Job Type:
• Full-time rotating schedule with weekend shifts every three weeks.
