Job Details
Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
Salary: AED 4000- 5000
Working hours: 9 Hrs.
Week Off: 1 Day
Contract- 1-year

Responsibilities
Must take all the calls from customers answering questions or addressing any concerns they may have.
Their duties include handling many inbound and outbound calls to and from customers, listening to customers’ needs or issues and providing helpful solutions to their problems.
Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile
Keep records of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensible way

Required Skills and Qualifications
Previous experience in a customer support role
Fresh graduates willing to work can also apply
Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English are a must.
