Job Summary

Reliability Maintenance Coordinator will schedule routine, preventative, and emergency

maintenance PM's and work orders throughout our facility. They will help enhance processes

across the entirety of our maintenance organization working closely with all departments

to determine needs, schedules, and priorities for maintenance personnel. They will help

look for opportunities to understand points of failure and eliminate chronic maintenance

needs, increasing efficiency across the entire organization.

Essential Functions
• Assists the maintenance department in achieving the goals of improved machinery performance and incremental improvement.
• Plans jobs for Pro-Active work (PM’s, work orders, safety, and corrective actions)
• Help Conduct RCA meetings to determine the root cause of downtime and help implement corrective actions.
• Assist Maintenance Department management with weekly workflow and scheduling and tracking job status as directed by management
• Maintain current documentation for equipment: manuals, specs, parts list, etc.
• Coordinate daily with project superintendent, plant engineer or other management
• Assist maintenance department in development and implementing effective proactive strategies, including development and periodic review of PM’s
• Foster a culture of safety awareness through correct maintenance processes
• Help organize spare parts inventories for maintenance departments
• Good organizational skills
• Attention to detail
• On a weekly basis perform 1 PM audit from each maintenance department
• Ensure new equipment gets critical spare parts in stick in warehouse
• Maintain and update inventory list to ensure only relevant spare parts are kept in stock
• Follow the plant’s continuous improvement process and plan
• All other duties as assigned

Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities
• 2 years of reliability maintenance preferred
• Working knowledge of all aspects of industrial maintenance
• Good attendance record
• Exceptional safety record
• Good computer skills (excel, word, power point, outlook etc.)
• Physical demands include a great deal of walking and stair climbing
• Required to lift a maximum of 60 pounds with assistance of a fellow team member
• Temperature in work areas varies depending on where employee is working
• Able to work productively and independently, good time management skills
• Clear communication skills- verbally and in written form
• Ability to take direction
• Good attitude
• Ability to work alternate shifts when needed
• Available to work weekends
