Job Description :
The role will be responsible for recruiting FLMs (Unit Managers) and Providing training to FLMs by soliciting business through their natural market.
§ Responsible to grow the business in their respective districts
§ A team of FLM(Unit Managers)s will report to the role
§ Will be responsible for the top-line and bottom-line targets for the geographies mentioned above
§ Will be responsible for achieving renewal targets for the Channel
