You’ll handle daily administrative duties, manage communication channels, and work directly with host families to match international students with them based on specific needs. We value flexibility and offer adaptable working hours to fit your schedule, with overtime options available during our busy summer months.

Manage email accounts, serving as the main point of contact for agents, staff, and host families.
Maintain and update host family databases, ensuring all information is current and accurate.

About You
We’re seeking a proactive and enthusiastic individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment. With strong customer service and communication skills, you’re someone who can build rapport quickly and handle issues with professionalism. You’ll interact daily with agents, host families, and students, making an approachable and friendly manner essential.

This role requires flexibility; you’ll be available Monday to Friday, with options for weekend or evening hours during our peak season, March to September.
