For addition...al information about our company, visit our website at www.fisherind.com.POSITION SCOPEA Scale Attendant/Operator is responsible for accurately and efficiently monitoring and recording materials exiting the work area. Scale Operators must also ensure that the equipment is in good working condition, clean and properly maintained. Additionally, they may provide customer service, liaising with drivers and other workers, and ensuring that all delivery and payment details are recorded accurately.PRIMARY DUTIES• Determine material exiting pit to properly bill the customer• Receive payment from customers; provide receipts to customers.• Balance the daily receipts to ensure accurate recordkeeping and appropriate billing.• Answer the telephone and provide general information to callers.• Maintain the cleanliness of the work area.
